By accessing or using StorySnap ("Service"), operated by NAP Designs ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StorySnap provides a platform for creating living photo albums where printed photos can be paired with video content, accessible through our mobile application and admin dashboard.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
StorySnap offers paid subscription plans with varying features and limits. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You retain all rights to photos, videos, and other content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content to authorized users. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of StorySnap is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process camera data on-device only and do not transmit or store camera footage.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAP Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
